Heavy set nurse is cold and unwelcoming. Passive aggressively rude. I waited an hour and a half to be seen and still wasn't seen even though there were no other patients in the other rooms when I was called to the back. I do like Dr.Jones, she is knowledgeable,straight to the point and professional. Due to her nurses I will be switching Drs
